John Petrozzi

John is passionate about teaching people how to live a healthy life. A background in chiropractic has given him a strong grounding in natural medicine and he continues to learn more ways of healing the body naturally.

He has a great respect for the body’s innate healing ability and believes that the body needs five basic things to be healthy and continue to heal and repair:

  2. Excellent nutrition
  3. Regular exercise
